The Read
Style, strengths, and defining traits.
Young is a lightweight with eleven wins and four losses across fifteen sourced bouts after a unanimous-decision loss to Stan Dorsainvil at UFC Fight Night on August 22, 2026. Six of his wins came by knockout or TKO, four by decision and one by submission; none of his four losses was a knockout, and three went to the judges.
He lost his UFC debut on the cards to Evan Elder, then answered with two straight Octagon wins — a unanimous decision over Maheshate Hayisaer and a split decision over Thiago Moisés. Before that he fought mainly under the Fighting Alliance Championship banner, and dropped a unanimous decision to Quillan Salkilld on Dana White's Contender Series.
