Artem MMA — UFC Fight Night: Buckley vs. Malott full-card predictions

Artem expects You to be the better wrestler and the larger bantamweight despite being shorter. He thinks Chovancek’s looping hooks and attempts to close distance will leave takedown openings, allowing You to win a decision.

Artem favors Croden’s strength, clinch work and defensive advantage over Chandler. He expects either a damage-based decision or Croden securing the takedowns, while acknowledging that the fighter winning the takedown exchanges will likely win.

Artem sees a takedown route for Koslow against Anheliger’s weak takedown defense. He is concerned by Koslow’s long absence, ACL injury and underwhelming performance against Cameron Saaiman, but also sees age and inactivity concerns for Anheliger. He ultimately chooses Koslow by first-round submission with very low confidence.

Artem expects Cerminara’s substantial size advantage to make it difficult for Stiller to take her down. He views Cerminara as the much better striker and expects her to keep the fight standing and win a decision.

Artem likes Mahjoub’s judo-based grappling and submission work from top position. He acknowledges that Faglier is the more athletic and much better striker, with impressive cardio and his own grappling credentials. He still sides with Mahjoub finding a submission, while expressing low confidence.

Artem views Galanti as a grappler who excels at taking the back and finding rear-naked chokes. He thinks Leblanc has shown little aggression on the feet and has been dominated on the ground, so he expects Galanti to dominate and submit him in the first round.

Artem thinks Boser has lost the durability, striking defense and offense that once made him a gritty opponent. He is frustrated by Diniz’s low output and failure to deliver recent knockouts, but believes his kickboxing talent can produce a first-round knockout here.

Artem believes Landwehr’s accumulated damage and recent knockout losses have left his chin vulnerable. He expects Nallo’s power and size advantage at lightweight to be decisive, while admitting that Nallo is not especially technical. He picks Nallo to knock Landwehr out in the first round.

Artem likes Jourdain’s offensive striking and grappling, but criticizes his striking and wrestling defense. He expects Cuamba’s high-volume boxing to create problems, yet doubts that Cuamba has enough power to capitalize fully on Jourdain’s defensive lapses. He chooses Jourdain by decision while cautioning against treating him as a strong parlay pick.

Artem sees Barriault’s pressure and dirty boxing as a stylistic challenge for Daukaus. However, he believes Barriault is now too slow and too old to impose that game, while Daukaus has shown enough power and toughness to put pressure back on him. He picks Daukaus by knockout.

Artem rates Perez’s offensive grappling highly and expects him to get it working against Nelson. He acknowledges that Perez’s cardio remains uncertain and that Nelson could win late rounds or find a third-round finish if Perez fades. He nevertheless expects Perez to submit Nelson before that opportunity develops.

Artem believes Blanchfield has the advantage both striking and grappling, despite not rating her as a particularly strong striker overall. He sees little submission danger from Jasudavicius off her back and expects Blanchfield to outwrestle her. He is fairly confident in a Blanchfield decision.

Artem thinks the five-round format, Buckley’s power and his ability to pressure with boxing combinations favor Buckley. He acknowledges Malott’s technical advantages and improved pacing, but expects Buckley’s speed and power to find Malott’s chin. He picks Buckley by knockout with limited confidence.
