Aljarouj vs Sintes · Hooker vs. Parnasse

What happened

The result, the defining moments, and what the verdict means.

Aljarouj took the opening round on the feet with jabs, low kicks and clinch work, reversing Sintes' early takedowns.

From round two Sintes dragged Aljarouj down off a single-leg, passed to half guard and mount, cut him near the right eye with elbows and hammerfists, and threatened a mounted guillotine at the bell.

Round three brought more top control and brabo-choke threats; Aljarouj reversed with about ninety seconds left and finished strongly to the body, but the deficit was already there.

Career stats per UFC.com; recent form is each fighter's last five bouts. Numbers reflect records coming into fight night. Bars compare each stat on a fixed scale; the “Edge” marker flags the leading corner where the gap is meaningful. The snapshot plots five career rates — output, striking defense, durability (strikes absorbed, inverted), takedown defense and finish rate — each normalised on its own scale.

Pre-fight analysis — how we saw it going in

Case for Aljarouj

Aljarouj is 13-3 and finishes: seven knockouts and three submissions account for ten of his thirteen wins. He makes his UFC debut here, so the promotion has recorded no Octagon statistics for him — the case rests on a record built almost entirely inside the distance.

Case for Sintes

Sintes is 11-3 and the more varied finisher — five submissions to two knockouts — with four decisions on record against Aljarouj’s three. He also debuts here, and gives up nothing in height at 1.70 m to Aljarouj’s 1.68 m.

What We Were Watching For

  • Both men debut in the UFC on this card, so neither carries any Octagon statistics at all.
  • Method split: Aljarouj 7 KO / 3 submission / 3 decision. Sintes 2 KO / 5 submission / 4 decision.
  • Ten of Aljarouj’s thirteen wins are finishes; seven of Sintes’ eleven are.
  • Aljarouj’s official profile lists no reach measurement, so the tale of the tape is incomplete on one side.
