What happened
Kline showed the full range of her game and swept every round. She was the better striker and layered in effective takedowns whenever Ricci found rhythm, then defended well enough that Ricci's grappling never became a factor. Ricci hung tough for fifteen minutes but had no answer for the pressure, and all three judges saw it 30-27.
